Platform policy
Acceptable Use Policy
Effective August 29, 2026. This Policy protects customers, visitors, providers, and Made by Auren. It applies to previews, hosted websites, forms, emails, content, integrations, accounts, and connected payment tools.
Always prohibited
Do not use the service for illegal activity; fraud; deceptive impersonation; malware; credential theft; infringement; harassment; nonconsensual or exploitative content; unlawful surveillance; unauthorized scraping or data collection; bypassing security, consent, payment, or feature controls; counterfeit goods; unlawful controlled substances; or products and services prohibited by an applicable provider.
Unsupported self-service categories
Self-service activation is unavailable for cannabis and controlled-substance commerce; tobacco, nicotine, vape, and smoke-shop commerce; weapons or ammunition sales; gambling or wagering; adult content or sexual services; counterfeit goods; and unlawfully regulated products. A free preview is not approval to purchase, publish, advertise, or sell a restricted category.
Specialist-review categories
Healthcare or health-data services, legal services, financial or investment services, insurance, child-directed services, and other regulated professional work require a written human compliance review before purchase. Made by Auren may require permits, licenses, approved disclosures, specialist counsel, a different provider configuration, or refusal of the project.
Sensitive information
General forms must not request passwords, complete card numbers, bank credentials, government identification, medical information, biometric information, or other high-risk data. Projects that need sensitive information require a separately approved architecture and contract.
Customer claims and proof
Customers must provide accurate, supportable prices, testimonials, credentials, results, professional claims, product facts, policies, and permissions. AI output, placeholders, concept examples, or another website may not be presented as customer proof.
Commerce and email
Only approved lawful ordinary goods and services may use connected commerce. The merchant must complete onboarding, tax, shipping, returns, contact, privacy, and recurring-term requirements. Commercial email may be sent only to a consented audience with accurate sender information, a valid physical postal address, and a functioning opt-out.
Enforcement
Made by Auren may request information, block checkout or launch, disable a feature, remove content, suspend access, preserve relevant evidence, or terminate service when reasonably necessary for law, provider rules, security, or a material breach. When practical and lawful, the customer receives notice and a reasonable opportunity to respond or cure.
Report a concern
Email support@madebyauren.com with the affected URL, date, and concise explanation. Do not include passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
