Access should not depend on one way of using the web.

Made by Auren works to make its public pages, account tools, and customer websites usable with keyboards, screen magnification, reduced motion, clear labels, meaningful headings, and assistive technology. We review common barriers during each build, but do not claim independent certification or perfect compatibility with every device.

Current approach

The website uses semantic controls, visible focus, skip navigation, responsive layouts, form labels, status messages, reduced-motion handling, descriptive link text, and quality checks across phone, tablet, and desktop. Automated checks are only one part of review and do not replace manual testing.

Request assistance

If a page, control, document, checkout step, or account workflow creates a barrier, email support@madebyauren.com with the URL, device or assistive technology if comfortable sharing it, the task you were trying to complete, and the format or assistance needed. Do not send passwords, identity documents, or complete payment-card information.

Response

Accessibility reports are sent to a person for review. Made by Auren will provide reasonable assistance and work to correct confirmed service barriers, prioritized by severity and impact. Customer documents and third-party services may require cooperation from the customer or provider.

Standard

WCAG 2.2 Level AA is used as the working evaluation framework where practical. This statement does not represent a legal conclusion that every page conforms to every success criterion.
